Packet Loss after updating to windows 11

Hi everyone, so I asked this on reddit but got no responses so I was wondering if anybody knew of a possible fix.
Last week I freshly installed windows 11, and for the most part everything has been fine. I may be getting slightly less FPS but overall no problems, expect the fact that I've been getting packet loss in games. In fortnite and marvel rivals it is noticeable but bearable. In Roblox however I will randomly spike to 1000+ ping and the game freezes for a few seconds. I've been trying to find fixes but can't find a good answer. During Wi-Fi speed tests my download speed was normal (800 - 900 MBPS) but my upload speed would peak at 40 (which is normal) and then continuously go down to as low as 5 MBPS. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Just so nobody recommends me something I've already tried, I use ethernet, I've tried wireless wi-fi, of course I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, I've tried to see if I need to update drivers in windows, and I've tried to disable and reenable my ethernet in windows. Didn't want to be rude just trying to get a more specific answer as this seems to be a odd problem.

Check system power options.

Also,
did you manually install/update network device drivers, or did you just use it as-is, once Windows auto-installed the driver(s)?
IMO, Seek out 1st-party source drivers for your Wi-Fi and Ethernet devices. Update 'em.

I would recommend what @LabRat 891 suggested. The windows update drivers sometimes are generic at best just to get a device recognized in the system.

Do you know what your network adapters are?
