The Palit GeForce RTX 5090 Game Rock is a custom-design variant of the RTX 5090 that's designed to offer better cooling performance than the FE, thanks to its quad-slot, triple-fan design. You also get adjustable RGB support with the ability to synchronize external lighting.

The conclusion contains a different card?

Will have to help the man out, so many things to benchmark, a lot of things will be missed, heck, I get tired just reading them all, and I am not even structuring them. :D

That printed circuit board is a monster. Impressive - Insane.

A random picked picture

I really wonder if those 575Watts are really that impressive to the other cards. Those other cards are close with less Watts.
For 575Watts I expected something like 250FPS in comparison with 4090 above / 7800XTX. (i did not want to write 300 fps - because some will say it's totally unrealistic - 300 fps what i really expected)

History repeats. I forgot which product had the same issues in the past. Maybe someone knows? Last minute software changes - to retest everything.

green bananas which turn yellow at home.
It seems the reason for that is that NVIDIA made some last-minute changes to the VBIOS and other things.

Someone with PCB layout knowledge. Why does Palit's PCB have so many locations for unused capacitors? By my count they 20 unused locations, 47 capacitors in use, compared to the MSI Suprim's 10 unused and 54 capacitors in use.

Palit ffs put some quality fans in your top dog, it won't make a dent in the profit from $2200 graphics card.

You can commonly see unused component positions on the PCBs. For example on the right hand side they have an option to use 6 caps with full capacity or 12 with half capacity. It gives them options in making the cards.

So the unused locations are for redundancy in case another location's soldering goes badly? Sounds like inefficiencies to weed out

You picked the wrong game and the wrong resolution. It's a halo GPU, you must use the most demanding game at the most demanding mode. You run into CPU/RAM bottlenecks otherwise.

And here, you can see +42% on 5090 FE over 4090 FE, at +28% TGP. Or almost double the 7900 XTX's performance, at +64% TGP.

Sure, it's absolutely not impressive but it's definitely enough to make 4090 look not that great.

Would it be possible to record the fan noise at 30% rpm? Are those the same junk Gale Hunter fans?

Fixed, I couldn't type fast enough as the embargo date approached, so I published with copied text

I would love to, but how would you know what volume to set your speakers to?

I had three 4000 series cards with the same noise, so I kinda know how loud it should be. You really can't miss that noise even from 2 meters in a dead silent room.

Here, I uploaded a m4a file recorded with my phone. Mouse is G102, just adjust the the volume to the mouse click.

Yeah, no wonder the temps and noise sucks. Aweful cooler design with the closed off sides.
