Pc not turning on unless gpu power is removed

Hi everyone i have been having an issue with my pc for the past two days. I have
Mobo:Msi X670E carbon wifi
Cpu: amd 7800x3d
Gpu:Nvidia 3070
Power supply: nzxt c1200
I removed all power supply and kept mobo and cpu and everything is ok
I see red light where power pin should be plugged on the gpu
Once i plug in the gpu the pc doesnt turn on

You GPU could be shorted, preventing your PC from turning on. Try that card on another PC, or try other card on your PC.
