Pc not turning on unless gpu power is removed

Hi everyone i have been having an issue with my pc for the past two days. I have
Mobo:Msi X670E carbon wifi
Cpu: amd 7800x3d
Gpu:Nvidia 3070
Power supply: nzxt c1200
I removed all power supply and kept mobo and cpu and everything is ok
I see red light where power pin should be plugged on the gpu
Once i plug in the gpu the pc doesnt turn on

I wouldn't use that bunk card in another machine, time for a known good unit
