PC rebooting or freezing while gaming

hi, i bougth my pc on 2020, i played a lot of game and i never had a problem, 1 month ago while i was playing my computer randomly reboot, i thought it was a problem that happen 1 time and nothing else.. but no.. every day until today my pc reboot or freezes 1 time (sometimes 2) every day..
after a week i understood something.. every day i play in the evening, so i start my pc i open the games i want to play and i leave it with the game open for like 5 minutes, after 5/10 minutes the pc restart or freeze (if it freeze i have to force the shutdown from the button on the case if it restart i have just to reopen the game..) after this (the first crash) i can play without any problem, withouth more reboots or freeze.. only sometimes, but rarely it reboots/freezes 2 times a day.
i tried a lot of things but nothing work.
yesterday i read a forum that says to disable the state C of the bios, but im not an expert so i didnt do that..? do i have to try..? can i try something else..? pls help me im really frustrated

Those are usually classic symptoms of CPU core instability. (unless it's because of video card)

Try looking at the PSU for weak power or failing.
Also, if RAM is not getting good power or unstable over-clock.

It would be better if you listed your components.

Given you're uncomfortable changing BIOS settings, unless someone else built this computer for you I doubt it's an unstable overclock.

I suspect everything I could suggest to do (updating BIOS, replacing components with known good ones) is either going to feel too high risk or high cost.

What is in the computer? Please list all components, as others have already asked - CPU, heatsink, RAM, graphics card, motherboard, monitor. We need this information to be able to help.

I agree - especially after the system has been working fine for 3 years - assuming no component failure.

Actually, CPU core instability is a classic symptom of many ailments, particularly excessive heat, dirty/unstable power, or excessive clock/voltage/timing modifications. Pretty sure the excessive clock/voltage/timing mods are not a factor.

Is the interior clean of heat trapping dust? If not, unplug from the wall, touch bare metal of the case interior to discharge any static in your body to prevent ESD. Then thoroughly clean the interior, including heat sinks and case vents. Triple check to make sure you didn't knock anything loose while cleaning and that all power and data cables are securely fastened.

If the system worked fine for 3 years, the PSU is not weak, as in underpowered - ASSUMING it is still functioning properly. If still having problems after cleaning, swap in a known good power supply and see what happens.

Sudden freezes and reboots are also a symptom of failing RAM. You might try running with one stick at a time - remembering good ESD mitigation.
