I'm attempting a google search. My wifes iBuyPower many years ago was BB921 and yours is much newer so it could be a valid model number) LOL , I can't find either when searching iBuyPower website.

Yet my experience with prebuilt systems screams, "they cut every corner possible to ensure your system will survive till warranty ends but nothing more."

I suggest against upgrading your GPU before you
A. Suddenly learn that your prebuilt PC is an exception and you have some wiggle room.
B. Buy a proper power supply. Anything 650+ W of B or better A tier will form an overkill solution for any mid-range GPU on the market. RM750e as a great option. It's an overkill in your case but at least you will sleep peacefully.

Speaking of GPUs of choice, you are a 1080p gamer, thus DLSS and FSR are irrelevant as either upscaler ruins the image quality beyond any excuse. AMD GPUs are a wee easier on the CPU overhead and usually outperform nVidia competition at pure raster and if you don't really care about ray tracing, AI and content creation then AMD RX 7700 XT makes sense. Too expensive, get an RX 6700 XT, still a pleasant GPU for 1080p.

If any of nVidia features sound nice to you you have two ways: spend $300 + VAT and get a 4060 non-Ti (will prolly even be fine without PSU upgrade lol) or spend $550 + VAT + upgrade PSU and get a 4070 (if that won't blow your current PSU up I will be happy but coloured impressed).

That will be much more expensive. If you have a lot of extra cash go for it but I'd just get a PSU + GPU combo and call it a day.
