If there's 1 thing I'd complain about with TPU it's that the moderation is inconsistent. But can chalk that up to human nature and a limited number of mods.

This user was notified for the post being off topic.

In this case the comment had nothing to do with the OPs ask in regards to whether his drive making a clicking sound brand new was indicative of failure.

Totally off topic replies is not a precedent we have ever allowed people to take.
