Hello friends, I need desperate help

I recently bought a used, faulty RX 570 (I already knew it had the problem and bought it for a good price), but I can't seem to solve the problem.

The problem initially seemed to be with the BIOS, which is why I bought it. I was hoping to just install the correct BIOS and everything would be fine.

The card is recognized by the PC, Windows, etc. I can even install the AMD driver, but it's as if the driver didn't recognize the card or something like that. I can't change the screen resolution, which is at a very low resolution. The AMD software says the hardware isn't compatible with it, and Windows displays Error 43 in the device manager.

Other points:

- I tried to find the correct BIOS on Techpowerup, and I even found my card model there, but the BIOS isn't compatible (after installing the BIOS, there's no more video, so I have to switch to the onboard video and return to the BIOS). - I found a BIOS that allowed the driver to be installed (the way I bought it wasn't even possible), but even with the driver installed, nothing changes.

- I tried using Patcher and it didn't change anything either.

- Whenever I tested new drivers, I used DDU to clean them

Information about the card:

Manufacturer: Powercolor

Model: AXRX 570 4GBD5-DHDV3/OC - Red Dragon

Memory: 4gb Micron (I opened the card to confirm).

I don't know if the problem is still in the BIOS, I couldn't find another BIOS that worked anywhere, if it's a driver problem (I tested several driver versions from AMD's website) or if the problem could be in the hardware itself, with some component causing it.

Tested BIOS that did not work: BIOS 1 | BIOS 2 | BIOS 3 | BIOS 4

BIOS that worked but with error 43 in Windows and without being recognized by the AMD Driver: BIOS 1 | BIOS 2

GPU model: https://www.powercolor.com/product-detail142.htm

Get a picture of the micron ram please and a picture of the pn/model sticker on the back of the card please. Also your first mistake was buying a faulty 570.

I cant guarantee a bios flash will fix it, I will help, but if it doesnt, return the card and get a RX 6600

Hello, unfortunately I had already seen this thread, including the BIOS that I used on the board for previous tests, but I was not successful with it.

Out of curiosity, I did the test using the BIOS of an 8gb card from the same line, which also uses Micron memories (I noticed that officially, no BIOS from this line uses Micron memories in the 4gb version), the BIOS worked, but with artifacts and the same driver problem, later I plan to test other Micron memory BIOS

Those bioses didn't even contain Micron support, why even trying?

BIOS 1 and BIOS 2 are exactly the same bios. Check the VBIOS Info header. It shares the same checksum and are linked by the link in "Same Bios" field.

Here all Powercolor RX570 bioses with 4GB Micron memory support on techpowerup:

To prevent you are going to flash already tried and "double" bioses uploaded, these bioses remain:

Hello, I actually had no success with these BIOS, the symptoms are exactly the same, I'm beginning to believe that the problem is in some physical component :(

From exhausting the files, yes, go ahead and return the card and get a Brand New In box untainted rx6600
