There was probably no need to play the sympathy card if you buy something brand new it's covered under warranty so whether it's doa or randomly shitting it's daks they should by law replace the card with a new one or refund you it's cost without argument (depending on your countries consumer laws) .Thanks guys for your help i contact the store and played the sympathy card and the agreed to RMA it i hoped that i will find a solution and tried for tow weeks but everybody told me to RMA IT so thank for trying with me
