hi guys
a friend of mine has a problem with his monitor which is odyssey g7 27 inch curved monitor, the panel is starting to come off which is a common problem with this screen and with any curved panel, now this isn't the first time his screen done this it happened before and we sent it to samsung to be fixed but now he's out of warranty so samsung told him to go f*** himself ,the problem is that his pc is in a very hot room which facing the sun all day and he doesn't have AC so it's like hell in there and no he can't move it anywhere else, this massive heat is what i think caused the screen to come off second time please note that i have the same screen which had the same issue and since samsung fixed it it didn't come off again ,i live in the same city near him but my room isn't that hot and i have AC.
i couldn't find any specialist that can help us fix it so we decided to do it our self and we were debating about the type of adhesive to use, we don't have much options here -we live in Cairo, Egypt- i have searched a lot and did find only two types of adhesives to use
1- B-7000
2- Victor Reinz 70-31414-10
i think that Victor Reinz is good for the job since it's heat resistant -50°C to +250°C and my friend think that the b-7000 is the one since he saw someone on youtube using it for the same purpose, from my knowledge i know that the b-7000 is not very good, under a lot of heat it melts and the main problem here is heat .
so which one is better ?
will Victor Reinz damage the monitor in anyway ?
you could suggest another option and i will look for it
thanks in advance

Benchmark Scores I dont have time for that.
Neither, use E-6000.

The monitor will need to be laid down. Don’t try to let it cure standing up.

As a RMA tech I would say firmly... B7000 wont help here. To be honest it often fails to stick slightly curved battery covers for phones... yet a monitor... the problems with glue is, you have to prepare the surfaces for proper diffusion, it ain't that simple, it never is, but here is a different scenario.

Basically the force that thermal expansion does is so radical, no glue can mitigate it, otherwise it would crack, it just doesn't have the gaps... just like even SR71 Blackbird had.

3D print a clip maybe? I really believe if you will do glue it like it should... it would crack... so don't overdo it...
