problems flashing default bios to dual-bios rx 480 card

hey all,

i have a few RX 480s that have a mining bios, and i'm trying to flash their default ones

the info is as follows:

RX-480PBL VZ.4
Radeon RX 480 RS 8GB D5 XXX LED H8 BP

they are dual bios cards, so i'm trying to flash both to default. any tips on sourcing this bios? Thanks.

Hello.
In order to narrow the search for the right BIOS for your cards, we need the following pictures:
- GPUZ - main screen
- GPU-z > advanced tab and from drop down menu you choose advanced timings
- serial from the card

Hey, thanks for your help, here are some more images if it will help narrow down.

I’ve also added an image of the graphical distortion. Once I booted into windows in the drivers load, this goes away.

You tried those BIOS files i provided earlier?
On the other hand, did you uninstalled the drivers and reinstall them?
Please use DDU and then reinstall drivers after.
Make some tests after and give us a feedback

hey thanks again, i did try the bios, and they do work in windows, but still have pinkish graphics in bios. any chance of narrowing it down further? thanks.

Well.
Before anything else, i would like to ask you to be so kind and remove the card from mainboard.
Clean the PCIex slot.
If you can i would suggest to use compressed air.
Clean the PCIex contacts from the video card with a rubber.
I suspect that you have a poor contact somewhere.
