Hi i have problems with my rx6600. The problem is that I hadn't used it for a while and about 4 days ago I started using it again but now I have a problem with the graphics card since it doesn't give video and in the device manager it recognizes it but error 43 appears. I have tried uninstalling and installing the drivers and nothing, even reinstalling Windows and I have searched for information on the Internet and I haven't found anything.

How exactly had you not been using it? I mean, was it still installed in your PC or did you let it chill on a shelf? For how long has that been?
Anyway, the 43 error tells it's very likely something horribly wrong with the hardware. Check your connections, double check your PSU, make sure everything is connected by the rules. It is VERY unlikely for that to be a BIOS issue but you never know, might as well reflash your GPU as a last resort option. Only do it if you're sure what you're doing!
If this GPU is still on warranty I'd strongly suggest you to RMA the card.

RX 6600's shouldn't be failing considering their age.
What motherboard and CPU do you have?
For now try a different PCIE X16 slot on your computer, and make sure it's completely plugged in (8/6 pins, PCIE, screws)

As previous members said, error 43 is obtained when your OS (windows) can't load it's drivers.
This error could be generated by a software error but in most cases it is generated by a faulty device.
