Profile switching automatically

This piece of s/w is so cool, even for a novice like me. However there is something weird during my use of this latest version. I am on a lenovo legion 9i with i9 14900HX and RTX 4090. I created a TS profile (#1) for the best performance of my CPU (Multicore) as in cinebench score. I also reserved profile #4 for a "no-tweak" config where all parameters are untouched, mainly to try out other configurations. The weird thing is, when I manually put TS to run profile #4 and started cinebench multicore benchmark, TS started to jump back and forth between the profile #1 and profile #4. Since I am relatively new to TS, I'm not sure whether this is a bug or there is something I mis-set in the program? Thanks so much!

I tweaked my moms Dell laptop through the power settings. It boosts way higher than before, but you can hit 100c on it now when you do a little work like Aida64. Teehee.

Did you enable the Alarm feature in the Options window? I would not set any alarms.

Automatic profile switching is usually caused by the Alarm setting. Post some ThrottleStop screenshots when asking questions.

I did have alarm on. I'll disable it an try again later. Thanks bro!

Indeed, after I uncheck the alarm function, it does not do that anymore! thanks a lot.
