I already tried to change my psu, ram and reinstalled windows. The weird thing is that im not having this reboots (as far as i have tested) running windows on safe mode.

Do that and get bluescreenview. will make it easier.

GPU? Storage?

200 errors in the last hour? Ram or Storage are my guess.... Something is bad janky. I'd default the bios and start with a fresh copy of windows. See if you get still get tons of errors in event log. If not, start tweaking bios and see at what point it starts throwing all these errors.

Thank you for the answers, im still having the random reboots :(. Already did a clean windows installation, i removed the battery from motherboard, rolledback to a previous bios version, but no luck.

Nop, i have the option enable. Going to try disable it.

I have two ssd i tried removing one and installing windows (and repeated the process on the other one), same with the rame that i have two sticks. Maybe both of the ssd that i have are faulty or both rams.
Here is the dump test file that i got using WinDbg Crash Analyzer

Check temps, try re-pasting your CPU.
Try running with only one DIMM, or using different slots. Run Memtest if you can.
Check all power connections.

Then it's almost certainly a driver issue. Is everything up to date?

Yes, all drivers are up to date and windows is updated. I did some test and did the opposite thing with a clean windows installation without any updates or internet and im still getting some crashes. Also im worry because the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR indicates a hardware issue and i have a i7 14700k and i was reading that they had some problems and tend to degradation. Do you think it could be a problem with the processor?

if you get crashes with a stock windows installation and no software installed it's obviously a Hardware issue.
go to the bios and set the P/E Cores and Cache to lets say 3.5GHz and see if it runs then. if it works i'd say the CPU is fried.
