Yellow showing in reasons is only a warning you are approaching the limit.
Increase Turbo Ratio Limits to 41,41,40,40,39,39, and check the Ulock Adjustable Voltage box and undervolt the Core and CPU Cache by -125mV in the Offset Voltage section although Cache does not have to be equal to Core, it can be -100mV or any lower figure than the Core.

Thanks this works. I still get pl2 core error and epd other on the ring. pl1 on core comes at the end of the bench I ran. Does that matter or is it fine.

In the TPL settings you could change the Intel power balance, make the CPU number higher than the iGPU.
Everything else looks ok to me.

So its seems to be working well should I be concerned with limit errors during ts bench or is that normal. I get pl2 core and epd other ring red for the beginning of the test than later pl1 core is read and pl2 becomes yellow. Also there's a power pop up that comes up next to prochot flag.

Try increase both long and short Turbo Power Limits by 10 and test, then increase again by 10 if the PL is still red.

So I took some time to experiment using the software and I found the above settings ideal for performance but not for prolonged gaming. I realized clocking the turbo ratios at 30-32 is ideal for game sessions as temps stay low. I also found that I was able to undervolt to -.15 without any blue screens. I was wondering what the speed shift option is. I have it enabled and set too zero but I don't know what it does. If anyone has some insight that would be great.

Good evening @sameeri recently bought a blade 15 2020 2060 rtx. Were the screenshots you provided your final configurations for throttlestop?
