Nice review!

So, Razer has dropped the RGB on their mice..? (The V2 has RGB)
Not exactly. The Basilisk V3 and Naga V2 series both feature RGB. Still, while I understood not having RGB on the Viper V2 Pro and Deathadder V3 Pro - because they are wireless and having RGB would mess with battery life + the extra "weight" it would add to the mouse - I don't quite understand why Razer omitted the RGB from this wired version of the DA V3. I get that, like on the V2 Pro, it would be in areas that your hand would cover anyway (the top), but all Deathadders in Razer's history - with the exception of the V2 X Hyperspeed - have had it. It's as iconic as the shape itself.

Seems like solid performance but price in UK £60-70 it's to much for wired mouse when Asus M4 Air costs around £30-35.

If it will be $69.99 in Europe, I'll buy it immediatelly.

I should probably run it at 2000hz polling rate if I have a 75% display?

Thanks for reviewing this! There seems to be a balance between having a high enough DPI to saturate the polling rate, however you reach a certain point where jitter becomes an issue. What was the highest DPI you could get away with before jitter became an impact? (between 3200 and 15000 I'm guessing?)

I'd stay somewhere in the 3000-7000 range. At and above 7500 CPI, downshift becomes active, which I prefer to avoid.

Thanks for the quick response! I think 6400 seems the safest bet considering it's native out of the box. Happy Motherboard's Day!
