Without getting too detailed I need something capable of 1080p60 out.
Input is probably the same unless I can do 2K/4K scale tests from direct capture.
My only display is 1080p so I don't know if video passthru is necessary. Audio passthru optional.
Latency isn't too big of a concern for what I have right now but low latency is desired.
