Hello, first of all, I do not speak English and everything I write and read will be by google translator.

So recently I noticed the POWER warning in red appearing on my throttlestop and when access to tab limits appears in red "edp other" and "PL1 PL2" in "RING" and "GPU, CORE". This appeared out of nowhere, never appeared before, and this only happens when I open any game, from the lightest like Roblox to the heaviest like COD.When this happens my clock goes of 3.4ghz to 1.1-2.1ghz

in the prints I took below I deleted the .ini from throttlestop and did not touch anything on it and restarted the BIOS to default

The MMIO PL1 turbo power limit is set to the default value of only 15W. That is why your CPU is PL1 power limit throttling right at 15W. Try checking the MMIO Lock box to fix this throttling problem.

Clear the BD PROCHOT box on the main screen of ThrottleStop. BD PROCHOT throttling is horrible and excessive. Clearing the BD PROCHOT box can make a big difference.

In the future, avoid buying laptops with low powered U series CPUs. These processors were never intended to be used for playing games smoothly, especially when you are using the Intel GPU.

You can undervolt your CPU. This will reduce power consumption and improve overall performance. Most similar CPUs are stable with both the core and cache offset voltage set to somewhere between -50 mV and -75 mV.

In the TPL window you can reduce the PROCHOT Offset value. Lowering this value will allow the CPU to run at full speed a little longer before thermal throttling starts. The Intel default for this setting is 0. Setting the Offset to 2 will tell the CPU to begin thermal throttling at 98°C which is still within spec. Having this set to 6 tells the CPU to start thermal throttling at 94°C which I think is a little too conservative.
It definitely looks like a few minor tweaks has helped a lot. Cheers! :toast:
