I recently upgraded my pc and i have an i5 13600kf and a 4070, a few weeks ago idle temperatures were perfect at arround 30-35 degrees but now everytime i turn on my pc and keep it on for a few minutes it rises up to at least 45 degrees and even goes up to 50 or more, ive been checking sensors and gpu clocks and memory clocks randomly spike to arround 2800mhz and 1300mhz at IDLE and i think this is the reason why the temperatures rise even at idle, any ideas on how to fix this

There is nothing to fix and your PC is operating as it should (aka normal behavior).

There is no such thing as random spikes for GPU and its memory clocks. Some apps briefly utilize your GPU because they simply need to (like your browser for instance and/or other background tasks).
