Hi, I have an issue with my PC. This FPS issue occurs for a while already (not so sure how long, but months). I bought this PC about 7 months ago.
(from Amazon link of the web where I bought it : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HNBLHAA/?tag=tec06d-20 )
This FPS issue appear randomly, and I have to restart to solve this issue. Just to be clear, the issue is sometime when I play the game, the FPS
will be really low, that it should have never being like that.

Below is the screenshots that I can provide about my spec, screenshots of GPU-Z, CPU-Z, and Activities from Radeon software.

GPU-z shows the memory on the Rx 480 stuck on idle during load, restarting may reset that.
I think there is a thread about cards being stuck on 300MHz idle here somewhere.

Agree, I'd almost guarantee that is the problem. Maybe it is the driver going into some kind of "safe mode", and restarting resets the driver?
