Sometimes - not every time - when I boot my PC (5800X3D, Strip B550-A, 32Gb DDR4 3200, RX 7900XT, W11), when the ROG splash screen comes up, right as it's done loading the bottom half of the screen flashes red quickly and then it boots into windows and all is normal, even in benchmarks / demanding games / long gaming sessions.

I didn't notice it until recently, and it has gotten a lot colder here as of late.
No idea what to make of this, I'm just a bit confused. I'm not super concerned to be honest, but I can't find other threads discussing this.

With lower temps, makes me wonder if it could be a bad solder joint. I had an eVGA GeForce 4 Ti 4200 64 MB that had random pixels, but not in games and only when cold, LOL.
Because I OC'ed with air from outside when it was cold, IIRC.

On an unrelated note: Do you randomly get a blue Windows logo instead of the motherboard manufacturer's logo? I have that issue, but it happens sporadically.
Is it actually a monitor issue? I know 100 percent sure that I disabled the CSM horse pucky!
