Rtx 3060 laptop no longer working after wrong vbios flash

Hi all, like a fool I had flashed a vbios from another manufacturer for my rtx 3060 of the Lenovo Legion 5 model 82JU0069SP, and after restarting the pc it just gave a black screen. I can still access the laptop with the cpu's integrated gpu, but the Nvidia gpu now reports error code 43 and is no longer recognized by Nvidia software, even if it installs the drivers correctly. Is there a way to restore the original vbios and resurrect the gpu? What can I do?
