RTX 4060 8GB OC massive fps drop

Hello!
My problem would be that, for example, in csgo everything is low and in 1024x768 there is a maximum of 400 fps and sometimes ledropol sometimes goes to 280, why is this?

You are likely CPU bottlenecked. CSGO is heavily CPU reliant. If you want less dips get a Ryzen 5800X3D. You have a g model 6 core, which has worse performance than the X and non-x models due to the reduced cache.

You have to enable monitoring to see clocks over time. Simply looking at the program while alt-tabbed out of the game will put your card back into 2D clocks.
