RTX 5070 TI MSI - high idle power draw?

Does anyone experience high idle power draw? With RTX 5070 TI MSI Gaming Trio OC+ the idle power draw is around 30W. I temporarilly installed Asus 5080 back in the PC and idle power draw is back to what I remember - something around 17W.

Is MSI BIOS broken, or what is the problem?

have have msi 1050ti that idles at 40w, and evga 1070ti that idles at 10w. Over years I read alot about msi card idle very high. not sure if card issue or if combination for card and mother board, or fault firmware
