Hello. What was the problem with your card?
And, you have a fully functional card now ?
It's quite a long story. A couple of years ago, during the mining boom, I bought a card (XFX RX 470). Its former owner pointed out that it starts, but does not last long and produces artifacts, at that moment, with full enthusiasm, I decided that I could solve this problem. I tried to give it for repair, but the guy said that it was half-dead (I would have looked at it now), then I took up the problem on my own, examined the card for external damage and did not actually find anything, then I decided to deal with the software part. During the week I selected the settings in MSI Afterburner for the correct operation of the video card and selected those, they reset the video driver, started the work of the coolers and the video card began to work adequately without any problems. After a while, I decided to install a new video driver and the previous method no longer worked on it, then I realized that I needed to change something, I found the off.bios and installed it, in this case the new drivers worked, but the method with MSI Afterburner worked intermittently and had to reboot the system several times. I asked a question on the 4pda website, but they just joked with me and I decided to ask for help here (Found a site in the GPU-Z program), the bios that you sent above helped me completely get rid of the need to run third-party programs and my video card is now completely working, original condition.
P.S. Attached the settings that helped me in the "crutches".
