I just bought RX 550 but to my surprise when I enter the BIOS the CSM is automatically enabled, when I disable it it will revert back. Is VBIOS doesnt support UEFI for some reason? Can anyone kindly check it? GPU-Z have UEFI ticked. And while at it, is there any possibilities to be unlocked further from 768sp I already unlocked? The card is based on Polaris 21 so up to 1024sp can be unlocked, but I didn't dare to flash RX 560/460 VBIOS, not yet at least.

The UEFI firmware should detect an older video card without a UEFI GOP code, so CSM will be enabled to enable legacy video BIOS code. You can still boot in UEFI mode because UEFI GOP includes support for invoking legacy video BIOS code via CSM. (In theory)

Disable 'Secure Boot' & 'Fast Boot'.

Even if your motherboard is equipped with UEFI capabilities, your OS won’t use it if your drive is formatted with MBR instead of GPT.

Secure Boot and Fast Boot is always disabled on my system, drive is on GPT. I should have said my previous card, GTX 1070 works great with CSM disabled, its only when I use this RX 550 it automatically turn on CSM.
