RX 570 doesn't work well

Well, I got a 8 months old RX 570 and I am not that much of a PC nerd (no offense). I think my PC doesn't connect with the driver or however that works. I downloaded the GPU-Z and it shows my GPU isn't running at all, how does this work? Well it doesn't work now, but does someone know how I can get this to work?

Looks like it could be something with the driver is off, have you tried updating to the latest 21.2.3? If you haven't, I would try that. Display Driver Uninstaller is a good utility to use to make sure the uninstall is 100% clean. Guides and download can be found on Guru3D.

I will take a look at it, but I don't think so

Well downloading 21.2.3 made it worse. Now I'm getting blackscreens all the time.
