Just bought recently from Ali and used it for a day only. Suddenly stopped working and I tried to flash some bios without any post since then. Attaching some info
Having an on board cpu to test

I'd message the seller and try to get a refund. Also, try to avoid buying these GPUs. Most of them come from cryptocurrency mining operations and have been thrashed beyond words. Find a card somewhere else if possible that hasn't been mined to death.

You have bigger problems, it will need a hardware repair, bios wont fix a hardware fault, these aren't worth the repair, just scrap it.
