I need to find a bios compatible with my rx 580 8gb 2048sp, it currently has the rx 570 series bios and I don't know if it could be bios or drivers but it turns off when used in games.

I've already tried changing bios, old and new drivers, low and high clock, temperature, power, and nothing works.

Hello.
Your card is an actual RX570 rebranded as a RX580 2048 sp.
So having a RX570 BIOS is actually the right choice.
On the other hand, having those weird shut downs, that is not ok.
1st thing 1st : you have (it seems) an XFX card "refurbished". That means the PCB is the original one. I suspect the cooling system to be one of the causes.
Please monitor the temps from your card. I want to be sure that the temps are in range.
After that we will try a reflash for your card, using an original XFX BIOS.
1st of all save your current BIOS and put it in a safe place.
After that you can flash your card countless times.
For narrowing the search to find the right BIOS for your card we need one more picture :
- GPU-z > advanced tab > from dropdown menu you choose memory timings

Can you remove the cooler and make a clear picture of the PCB? The angled shots which you shared doesn't provide the information we need to locate the correct bios.

I don't know if I can do it, I'm afraid of ruining it

Before it was given to me, it had an RX 580 bios, but they put this 570 series bios on it because it got too hot.

Card is not performing as it should. Risk of ruining it is small since it is already broken ;)

Since we dont know which memory is physical on the card, we can't guarantee the correct bios.

Not only that, but RX570 have different Subsystem ID 1682 C570.
Your card is in fact an RX580 - who knows what memory chips you have in fact and you have Subsystem ID 1682 C580.

So the card is not functioning as it should. You either ship it back to seller and ask for a refund or you use our guide to try to restore it.
It is your call.
As @VuurVOS told you earlier it is a must to open the card and make some pictures (close up) with good light and use macro function to : memory chips and GPU serial

Unfortunately not, as I already got the card with this bios

Is it broken then?

At the moment i can't say for sure.
That is why here at TPU we do our best to help members as much as we can.
Anything related to hardware is beyond.
Let's get back. As we said, we need that card to be open. Take the shroud and the cooler out.
Make some good pictures of the PCB.
Especially to the GPU itself so we can read the serial from it to identify what exactly your have on your card.
On the other hand we need pictures of memory chips to see exactly the codes you have on the card.

I suspect they flashed with this Vbios:
And the clocks are too high for that GPU.
