Hi, I have the same issue as these guys:
Can't boot with UEFI enabled in bios | TechPowerUp Forums
RX 580 Can't boot with UEFI enabled in bios, CSM has to be enabled. | TechPowerUp Forums

PC specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo: MSI Tomahawk Max II
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 2x8GB 3600MHz
PSU: Corsair CX650F
Main disk: 1TB NVMe SSD
GPU: Sapphire PULSE RX 580 4 GB

All the parts are new except the graphics card which I bought used in early 2021.
I've just installed Windows 11 and need to enable secure boot thus UEFI through the bios to play a game.

The issue is I can't enable UEFI in the bios, if I do that my PC boots to windows, but if I try to open the bios or even use the windows recovery tool (to attempt to enter bios), my display doesn't get any signal until the windows lock screen shows. Not even the text you get when you boot.

I have tried installing 5 or 6 BIOS versions from this post, but the bios flash tool gave me this error: "SubsystemIDs mismatch" for all but one, which said, "VBIOS image not found".

I attached my vbios from GPU-Z and a screenshot of GPU-Z.

TL;DR I need help finding a safe and compatible vbios version for my RX 580.

!!! IMPORTANT EDIT:
I'm sorry, literally 5 minutes after posting this I finally found a compatible vbios version. Everything works great now. TechPowerUp forums were a godsend.
(I don't know how to and if you can delete posts on here so I'm leaving this edit :) )

Your BIOS says it supports UEFI. Have you tried a different port on the back of your card when UEFI is enabled in the BIOS?

Some GPUS with 2 or 3 different HDMi/DP ports don't display until they get into windows when UEFi is enable unless you connect top most of bottom most connector.
On my RX480 its the bottom port. This is not the case with all cards but I have seen some cards that behave like that.
