As far as I know only the nitro 580 cards have dual bios.

It would be located like in this picture if it has one. I couldn’t find any solid info for your card but Sapphire cards usually have one. Note this a photo of a 5700 but the location would be the same

Does your card has only one power connector?? If yes,then your card do not have BIOS switch.
Only Nitro RX 580 has BIOS switch.
