RX 580 soyo 0 clock 0 memory erro 43

Well, I bought an RX 580 video card from soyo. I used DDU to remove the drivers from my old GTX 550 ti card and the new card doesn't work it doesn't appear in the task manager, afterburner when I put it in techpowerup it showed 0 Gpu clock and 0 memory I don't know what to do. The drivers I installed did not work, it says they are not compatible with the version.

(When you turn on the computer, the fans spin and stop, I don't know if this is important to know.)My integrated video isn't showing up but that's not the problem (I messed with the BIOS to remove it to see if it solves the problem)

Error 43 can mean the following, hardware failure or vbios is wrong.

If you bought the card new, demand a refund. If you bought it second hand, ask for a refund.

When refund is not possible, please make a picture of the whole PCB and share it with us. Also take a clear picture of a memory chip.
We will try to locate the original or compatible vbios. Without the pictures we will not be unable to help you.

The real question is, do you have "real" warranty since the Soyo brand sells ex-mining cards of other brands...
