Looks like AMD has fixed the power scaling in RDNA 4 (maybe indeed the chiplets design in RDNA 3 is the reason) (previous). Wish it would allow the power limit to go to -50% instead of only -30%, as then the power efficiency would be even higher. A comparison to the much more power efficient 9070 non-XT would also be interesting.
