For starters here's my PC config:

DDR4 Husky 2x8gb RAM 2666mhz
r5 2400g (r5 5600 too but can't use it bc of this issue)
Pichau Nidus 500w 80plus Bronze
AMD cooler box
HD 1tb + SSD128gb
So the problem is: i recently bought this GPU (rx580 2048sp - 51risc) from Aliexpress since I wanted a little upgrade from my APU and didn't have the money to buy one in my country or a superior one in Aliexpress. I've watched a lot of Youtube videos about this graphics card so I thought it was safe to buy it (a lot of positive reviews on the 51risc store too), but when it arrived to me on December 2022 I found an issue on using it. I installed the GPU (sufficient power supply - 8pins) and turned on my PC, showed BIOs screen all right but as soon as it launched Windows the card turned off, there was no video and the fans stopped working. I went back and forth with it but the problem kept happening, and I noticed that it worked fine on the BIOs screen and also on Windows safe mode or normal Windows with no GPU drivers at all (Windows drivers auto update turned off) , so I assume it's a drivers issue. I contacted the seller and he told me to send it back to China so they can ship me another one. Skip to the beginning of March and the new warranty GPU arrived, installed it all over again but to my surprise the same problem happenned
. I searched about it online but couldn't find anything similar.
So, any suggestions for me to try? Or can I start crying now? And yes, I know I made a 'dumb' decision on buying this GPU but at the time it was the best option to me taking in consideration the amount of money I could've spent.
