Ryzen 5 5600 pts in Cinebench R23

Is it normal to have 9789 pts in my Ryzen 5 5600 knowing that it have about 2 years of normal use in gaming? I saw some test in TechPowerUp that reaches 11k and 12k. Just wanted to try again in cinebench because i saw that in some games, the processor is in high usage (i know that some games uses more the CPU than the GPU, but i was concerned).
Checking the metrics, the CPU reaches 4.1 GHz if that is relevant. I didn't overclock it too.

It should boost to 4.4GHz out of the box, so something's wrong there. Even in TPU's review it boosts to 4.45GHz even with all 12 threads loaded on every scenario.

High temps? Low motherboard limits? Bad VRMs? If temps are okay try enabling PBO.

Fresh reboot, turn off background applications, etc. Probably have bloat, thermals, something going on.

I don't, i'm using a ID-COOLING-224 XT 180W tdp, the max temp was 75° celcius

UPDATE: I rebooted, and closed all the backgrounds app's (was a few), and i got 10335, these are the metrics in Winfo64. There are in spanish but the unis are the same.
It doesn't reaches to 4.4GHz (in the max yes, but in the average "promedio" no).
The TTP reached 77W.

If you have a lot of stuff running in the background, steam, GPU software, motherboard software, monitoring software ect ect ect, the expected score 10K. A trimmed sleek running operating system with some user intervention will bring your scores up. Free up memory and cpu processes.

Set the cinebench process to high priority in Task Manager and see if you get any higher. Probably stuff running in the background is pushing your achievable score lower.

For example on my 5900X if I leave all background process and stuff running I get around 20~21k. With all stuff closed (even background tasks) I get about 23.5k.
