Make health and fitness journeys smoother with the Exynos W930—the wearable processor that keeps smartwatches ahead of the curve, with new leaps in performance and power saving.

Watch it work wonders
Exynos W930 is equipped with the Arm Cortex-A55 dual-core CPU, boosting CPU speed to 1.4 GHz for an 18% jump over our last generation processor. In-package DRAM expands to 2 GB in the Exynos W930, passing the last generation by 33%, so you can switch between apps up to 25% faster and manage your workouts and your work life better with a suite of apps performing at their best.

Immodestly fast. Impressively slim.
Exynos W930 uses the latest packaging technologies, including FO-PLP and SiP-ePoP solutions, to combine a processor, power management IC (PMIC), LPDDR4, and eMMC into a small package - taking less PCB (printed circuit board) space. Built on a 5 nm microfabrication process, it maximizes transistor density while freeing up room to reimagine tomorrow's smartwatches with fewer limitations, saving space for bigger batteries and bolder, more stylish designs.

Bright. Bold. Brilliant.
Put it all on display, with a chip that makes even detailed watch faces look brighter and more brilliant. A built-in Arm Mali-G68 MP2 GPU in the Exynos W930 makes app experience smooth, giving you richer graphics and more vibrant 3D interfaces to explore your fitness or display your style. With 21 FPS video playback, it makes video smoother and UIs more vibrant.

Dial down power. Hour after hour.
Thanks to the dedicated low power display (LPD) core located in a separate Context HUB (CHUB), always-on displays stay vibrant while display power stays low. Two Arm Cortex-M55 cores make processing more efficient, helping battery bars last longer.

Take your connections further
Exynos W930 makes it easy to tap Wi-Fi, 3G/4G, Bluetooth, and GNSS connections right from your wrist. Enhanced software for the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) function allows you to pinpoint your position with improved precision. And Exynos W930 reduces the amount of power needed for Bluetooth, improving power efficiency to keep you connected longer.

"Built on a 5 nm microfabrication process"

This is so redundant...

Anyway, I think if these multi-billion dollar companies want to become less dependent on ARM and move to Risc-V, devices like these would be the perfect entry point. Maybe not in the main line, but in a cheaper secondary line or model, maybe an FE or lite.
