I'm using like this.

(GPU Fans while in %100)
After the Furmark 1080P test VRM Temperatures it happened like that.

VRM 1 : 128c
VRM 2 : 84c

GPU Temp : 81c

What should I do now?

I should replace thermal pads? If i must, which thermal pad it will be good for my GPU?

Give up Running F**K ur card up that program is designed to max your power draw on Cards and is So well known that Manufactures fixed it so their drivers if they detected it running would Automatically THROTTLE

I had to put proper heatsinks on my R9 290 VRM to keep them cool. That is WAYYY to hot. It can run up to 90C and be within spec, but over 100C is insane. You should be glad that card has not fried itself yet.

VRM's are usually good at upto 110c actually with no ill effects or degredation, that said though 128c is way too high and he is risking damaging the GPU, stop playing furmark and just game on your GPU
