I found a few very old thread similar to my problem so i wanted to create a new one instead of bringing them back alive.
I got this card from a friend replacing my dead Sapphire RX 480 Nitro 8gb.
This card was used for crypto mining, we don't know if it has an overwritten bios, chipset or whatever. Please check the pictures, i'll try to translate as much as possible;
1-This is what I see in Device Manager, an exclamation mark on the Graphics card;
2-This is what GPU-Z tells.
3-This is what I see when I double click Radeon System Tray icon, it says AMD drivers not installed or not working properly. Please install the correct driver;
4- It says "Device stopped (Code 43)".
5-Driver Files;
What I did;
1-I ran DDU(as admin) in safe mod.
2-I installed latest driver while disconnected from internet.
2a- I tried older drivers.
3- Tried removing device/driver from Device Manager, repeated above steps few times.
Found some VBIOS websites from older threads, didn't want to try the most dangerous things before posting a new thread here.
I think there is something wrong with this card's bios version, defaul clock and memory values...
My Rig is;
MSI B350 Tomahawk Arctic
Ryzen 5 1600
GSkill Tridentz 3200mhz 2x8gb
Sandisk 480gb SSD
Highpower 750w PSU

I just looked up for this Bios-Board ID and found this; I think this is the Bios(unverified) it has:
I still don't know which version of RX 470 my card is, so I can't decide which Bios i should try to flash here;
Any ideas?
