Hi guys,

I just wanted to share my RX 580 undervolt setting I use for gaming. I'm not sure how good these results are, this is my second red card ever. With these settings, temps are between 60 and 65 °C in a Define C, and the average power consumption is around 140 W according to the Radeon overlay during gaming.

I enable the below custom fan settings before gaming, as I find the card to be quieter this way compared to the original fan curve. For some reason, I cannot enter 0%, the lowest possible option is 18%, so I disable the advanced control and enable zero RPM mode after gaming. Is there a way to set the fan speed to 0% or is it intentional?

I hope these setting will be useful for somebody else as well. :)

back then, when I had a Vega, saving the XML, then editing it with notepad like this:

<FEATURE ID="18" Enabled="False">
and change it to
<FEATURE ID="18" Enabled="True">

fixed zero rpm issue.

Sorry, but that's not going to happen. Each card requires somewhat different voltage to achieve stability and what works for you, might not work for someone else or vice versa.

I'll try it, thanks!

Although it can be something to start with, can't it?

Not really. You start with base spec and then go as low as you can with volts and do the same with every state if you want. I own RX 580, but bot Sapphire one, it is unstable bellow 1050 mV at fastest state. However, it can do 950 mV and less in other states, but Wattman doesn't allow that.

It doesn't seem to be working anymore, unfortunately.
