sapphire RX480 4gb bios

My friend recently got a new sapphire RX480 4gb that he was going to use for a mining rig but it turns out that its bricked. But the way that it was bricked is new to me as i cannot flash the new bios using atiwinflash or DOS because i either get a message saying system id mismatch or when i try to do it through dos i get error 0fl01, ive tried doing unlockrom but that did not work either. along with the other tutorials ive tried following.

after checking what dios it has with cpu-z well lets just say that i got more confused.
