Hello,

I recently purchased a SB X3 and installed Sound Blaster command. At first everything worked fine and I could access SB Command config panel but now (and i can't pinpoint when it happened) everytime I restart my cpu i have to recconect my speakers for the sound to work. Not only that I can't find any executable to access the Command config panel.

Can someone help? Does anyone know where the default exec for the panel is?

Thanks in advance

Strange. Searching does not work?

Exec link: C:\Program Files (x86)\Creative\Sound Blaster Command\Creative.SBCommand.exe

Well that's the issue, I searched the folder (I installed it in a custom folder) and it doesn't show up. I reinstalled the software today so it's kinda weird.

Ive attached a pic of the folder, i assume thats the folder youre mentioning.

This is the x64 folder; you should check the Program Files (x86) folder.

Like I said I don't even have that folder in the Program Files (x86) folder since I installed it to a custom folder which is the "Programas". As you can check in this attachment.

Yeah, actually the whole folder structure and files look as yours but the exe is missing. Very weird indeed, im going to try and reinstall. Thanks.

Yeah, actually had to uninstall and install again since a reinstall wouldnt work, it would simply create an empty folder (and would actually create a shortcut to the exe) but it never existed.. REALLY weird (I bet it has to do with some win 10 update). Now its fixed.

Thanks for the support.

Appreciated.
