It says OC when I look at it, did you miss that part?

Bro, і do not recommend flashing the OS version.
There may be random memory or gpu errors. Better use msi afterbener. This will increase memory and gpu frequency and reduce power consumption. At the same time, you will achieve the perfect balance of your video card. Of course, you will have to do a few tests, but it will take a maximum of 30 minutes of your time.

This can be done using msi afterburner. Literally in a few clicks. Watch the "overclocking video card via msi afterburner" tutorial on YouTube...

Not with my bios on the card. Power target is locked. Only the OC version has a higher power target

Why are you afraid of vbios flashing?

Not with my bios on the card. Power target is locked. Only the OC version has a higher power target
There's a little bit more risk, but you could flash with another RTX 4070 Super Sku that has a higher power target of 220w. When I've done this in the past, sometimes some of the video ports i.e. display ports, hdmi, wouldn't work, usually one hdmi still works in my experience though. I'd recommend checking on overclock.net forums for the rtx 4070/super owner's club to see if anybody's tried flashing your sku to make sure.

I dont think there is any vBIOS for Inno3d OC version in the database:

You could try from another brand but as BattleMythic said , some ports might fail to work etc..

Edit: Also it seems that the OC version it has a 220W limit too so its pointless

Wenn die das gleiche Powertarget wie die Non-OC-Version hat, wozu brauche ich dann eine OC-Version?

IDC, i won't buy his card when he"ll sell it. Mine is locked to 285w too, not like all others brands (PNY) and i like it more like that, even better it has not the dual bios crap that was on all 4000 cards :p .

Can you explain what's wrong with dual bios cards or having a bios switch on the card? Personally, I see it as an insurance policy and I would never buy a card that doesn't have a bios switch, but you do you.

Let's imagine that you get your finger stuck when switching the BIOS mode and that at the same time you lose your balance and therefore press the ON button of the PC while catching yourself, as a result the other fingers jam the fans (the three) and you can't remove your hand, also having placed the other hand on the enter key of the keyboard (since unbalanced) which launched a game from a desktop shortcut, then the card overheats.. end.

All that because of an Halloween the mask, or anything else btw (luck).

You make a very good point. Believe it or not, but I switch off my PSU, when flipping the bios switch, just to avoid that exact scenario. :)

If you just remove your mask, luck will stay with you, no problemo.
