As the title suggests I have been having some stuttering issues in cyberpunk. Specifically when some hud elements pop up, sometimes it happens when I am notified of a new area, get a in game text. Or when im doing a gig and the objective changes or a new place gets marked. These show up on the frame time graph and a straight line up and do not show up in the 1% lows only 0.1%. I have severe OCD and fear that something hardware related is wrong with my system. Which if is the case want to know so I can sort it out sooner then later. My specs are as follows.

Motherboard = Asus tuf b650-e wifi

Ram = Corsair DDR5 6000mhz cl30 32gb dual channel

CPU = 7700x stock only setting changed is c state off, the stutters still apparent before and after this setting was on

GPU = Asus Prime 4070 ti super oc

SSD = WD sn580 blue updated to the latest firmware to avoid the bluescreen 24H2 bug

Thermaltake 750w gold rated psu (I don’t remember what one exactly but I know it isn’t one of the ones everyone hates)

also am using a lian li vertical GPU mount but I have ruled that out as I removed it as a trouble shooting step and same issues. No difference using it vs not

I run duel monitors one aoc 75hz one aoc 24g2sp main monitor at 165hz,

Capping my frames in Riva made the game stutter less but still have the major ones as described above. Capping in control panel hasn’t been any better. Used Vsync on off g sync on off no difference

my settings are cranked to the max but running at 1080p, with frame gen and dlss quality with the new transformer model. Old dlss model again doesn’t help. I also continue to have these issues with any sort of ai frame gen or upscaling disabled.

I’ve turned off nvidea overlay and game bar all that junk.

at this point I’m at a loss this is a new pc and I’m honestly wishing sometimes I stuck to console gaming. But man does path tracing look good. I don’t believe this is an issue with my settings as the issues I’m having all don’t seem like the types of issues caused by lacking hardware. My cpu never hits 95 when gaming max at about 85c when it’s really intensive but that makes sense because I’m playing 1080p.

Mouse polling rate doesn’t change anything I’ve been playing at 125 for the last few days still same issues

I do have multimonitor compatability enabled in profile inspector. As well as having rBAR turned on in there.

When I play siege on dx12 I also get stuttering. None on dx11 and I believe cyberpunk is dx12 so that may lead to something?

any and all help would be great. Don’t be afraid to leave me a suggestion even if it’s something that should be painfully obvious, I tend to hyperfixate on stuff like this and forget to think about the obvious stuff.

this probably doesn’t matter but I ran cyberpunk off my igpu at the lowest settings still getting 100% usage off it and no stuttering. So I believe it’s something to do with drivers or a setting clashing with my gpu

This happened on the latest drivers but I also rolled back to the December drivers the 566 one and still having the issues. Ddu and all. Even ddu my audio drivers and reinstalled

Only mod I have is one to turn async off because ChatGPT told me to do that lmao

thanks for getting this far

Does it say on ASUS' website that RAM that you got (Corsair) is approved for your motherboard? Usually AMD and Corsairs can be a problematic combination.

Yep. It’s on the qvl list. Checked when I was having what I thought was ram issues but it was just my negative offset curve which I’ve turned off. Xmp on and off still have this issue.
