Hey! New here. My 4060ti started running 0MHz on the Shader Clock.
Core and Memory Clocks are normal and games run fine, but look poorly.
I have tried all the standard fixes, including using DDU to clean and reinstall
drivers. My next step I'm thinking is to flash the Video BIOS on the card.
But the version I have installed does not match any version I can find.

Installed Video BIOS version: 95.06.26.00.7A

Version listed here for my card: 95.06.1A.00.4B

I just don't want to brick the card flashing the wrong BIOS

Thanks!

Which version of GPUz are you running? Post a screenshot.

This is very confusing, there are no separate Core and Shader clocks for the 4060Ti, only Core/GPU clocks.

GPUz doesn't show a shader clock...... I was looking at OpenHardwareMonitor. But it sounds like I'm chasing the wrong problem. SO it should be reading 0MHz?

Im not aware of anything being able to poll shader clock for nvidia for like decades. I cant even remember the last series that let you. 88xx's? maybe 9xxx's? Shit maybe even earlier 7xxx 6xxx.

I just went through both nVidia and ASUS support and neither of them bothered to mention this when I told them that my Shader Clock wasn't running lol. nVidia sent me new drivers and ASUS sent me an updated BIOS. What happed is that my graphics suddenly dropped off. I can't find any explanation. Games still run fine, frames are good, no stuttering. They just dont look right. iRacing for example I can not enable antialiasing above MSAA or Foilage. I can tick the boxes but they do nothing. It's just weird and I though I found the cause, but I guess not.
