recorded on win 1903 with latest game bar xbox app, I was playing @4k where performance is fine even with AA, but the video seems choppy, also only @1080p, and I DONT have cpu overhead, so why?
Also recorded with 2x gtx 1080 SC SLI, with fast vsync active. However, evga precision was running and I forgot the frame limiter to 60fps was on, is that the culprit? it does not affect my gaming...
BTW , game folder weighs 100GB, is on nvme, the recording folder is on a separate OS nvme
