I mean, they failed to deliver proper driving mechanic. Cyberpunk 2077's vehicular situation is still worse than an average racing arcade game from early 2000s.
In Fallout, vanilla at least, there is no such thing as driving. And I don't mind this cesspool of bugs that much, would still be less buggy than Bethesda's Fallouts. Lore-wise, we don't get anything truly canonical either so it also won't get worse. They know how to provide quite stellar retrofuturism atmosphere so it won't be an issue. Cars look like bricks from 1950s, too.
This would've also fixed the boring soundtrack. CDPR are großmeisters of making the game sound top class.
This also might be a Night City lored Fallout game: imagine Arasaka fighting Militech on a nuclear option level, eventually ridiculing the whole humankind. Ghoulified scavs yelling in broken Russian... Nice innit?
