It's boring, but in a good way. Not everyone wants or needs a top of the line cooler full of blinking lights.
My next system will most most likely be a 12400/12500 on a B660 mini-ITX board, so a silent, reasonable cooler like this will suffice. SilentumPC coolers are often discounted, so it's a nice reference point. If I manage to get my hands on a 12600T, I might attempt to run it semi-passively

Really want to see Thermalright's Frost Commander 140 reviewed. Bunch of PR when it came out (including here) but no reviews anywhere. It's potentially as good as the D15 for $60.
