The NUC 14 Performance has a tool-less chassis design for easy upgrades. Yea I know it's like latest & greatest yada yada yada, but hell, I can build a similiar-spec'd & full sized desktop for that price, and have a lot more options too !

That's some neat case design, though - certainly leagues above certain other recent NUC-type with some edgy built-in LED design.

Guess people who would pay for this would not be too worried about the cost either. A skilled builder could probably match the top spec in a larger but still SFF desktop at the same price point as the base model, albeit that's probably not the target demographic.
