I got 5 fans in my case PC and two of them sometime stay off on my bios he doesn't recognize them but sometimes that the problem.

my motherboard is B650 aorus elite ax and I got a new pc.
So the problem should be on case fans or motherboard? cosue it happened sometimes.

and some times the fan turn up 3 second after click on power button some some immediately

... and how many kW of RGB are you attempting to pull from the board?

Sounds like fans go over the peak draw BIOS is happy providing during Post. If you hit the safety limit it mostly just ignores them to deal with bigger things. Until it doesn't.
Fan controller probably fixes this unless you psu is underpowered for build.

Your fans probably don't recive enough voltage to start. See on what connector they are plugged in and either set the fans to manual in BIOS and set them at a higher rpm or set them to start spinning with CPU temperature.

Exactly what I said. Mobo priortizes cpu and other critical functions over an accessory fan. Each boot is unique enough sometimes it just can't manage to divert enough wasted attempts to get every fan working.

6 fan headers and a total of 7 fans makes you a fine candidate for a fan controller.
Remove everything to it other than your rear exhaust and cpu/cpu opt which the board expects and will manage.

But i need all of them, and anyway my case support that so if cases support so much fans it should work

Case is the least significant factor in the power of your computer.

This is the real world where sometimes things don't work perfectly. Please fill out your system specs and consider the opportunity to resolve this issue.

@khjhpopasa
Disconnect some of the fans and see if it works.

Connect the CPU fan directly with no header.

I know, disconnect one of them and see if those two fans down there change their behaviour.

Do you have any software controlling fan speed. May be your sleepy fans are set to 0rpm when something is not warm enough.

Please do it properly and, surprise, to help with your fans we need to know what motherboard you’re using and which and how many fans, might even need to know your case, too

No, because motherbaord just not recognized them when I get that bug.

When I use more speed of fan for now it work well it can fix that issue?
