Speed Shift only affecting E-Cores.

Hi.

For some reason when using Speed Shift, if I set the max to 35, only the E-Cores are getting set to 3.5Ghz. Take a look at my screenshot.

Is there a way to make it so Speed Shift affects P-Cores as well?
