So I finally got my filthy hands on one of the new Intel 320's, and naturally started to scout the internets for knowledge about tweaking it up.
I came by this utility, which kind of confuses me.
Can someone explain the settings to me? I do understand some of them, but some are bit on the mystery side. For example, the Largesysetmcache registry tweak, doesn't it only apply to WinXP and earlier versions?

Could someone could give me a very short rundown through the settings please? I am not really sure which ones (except for no brainers like defrag) are really needed and which aren't.

There's a write up on the OCZ forum somewhere about that app (Indilinx section I think). That's where most of those tweaks were derived.
